Frequent flyer miles

With all the upcoming construction at Boston's Logan airport and the perennially clogged access highways around it, you rack up "frequent flyer miles" getting to and from the airport very, very slowly.

This 13-mile trip now takes 44 minutes, according to Google Traffic. The gridlocked red section has been a daily standard for several weeks now. The last time I made this airport run, Maps said it would take 38 minutes. It ended up extending to a whopping 65 minutes. A large part of this slug-fest was inside a tunnel, inhaling the collecting exhaust emissions and praying that the roof does not fall on your head. Watch out, flyers! Here comes Boston!

If you are driving without a valid license...

(a) ... don't be chatting on the phone, and
(b) don't have a baby goat in your lap.

No "kid"ding! A woman in Marlborough, NH was pulled over and found to be in violation of the two rules of common sense stated above.
